Get your mind RIGHT and your body TIGHT!

Hello H.I. Society!


I charge you all to challenge your mind and your bodies as well.
It's the perfect opportunity to prepare yourself mentally and  physically for the warmer seasons that are fast approaching.

Find a practice/workout regimen that will benefit your mind, body and spirit.
I recommend YOGA, since I love it so! and have been practicing for a few years.  Whether you can touch your calf or your toes, it doesn't matter, you go at your own pace.  It gives you an overall feeling of accomplishment when you're able to reach a certain level that is personal to you.  Yoga not only strengthens, but tones your body.  Yoga also frees toxins in the body and clears your mind, especially when combined with meditation.


When you get your mind right and your body tight,  you will be even more excited to throw on your skinny jeans, and show off your  sexy calves in your hot Jeffery Campbell's!
