ARE YOU FEEDING YOUR DREAMS?
Hello men and women of H.I. Society! How are you today?
Are you putting your best foot forth today?
Remember tomorrow is not promised to us, so if we want to be successful we have to grab life by the horns! Make little steps to get to your ultimate goal.
It's up to you whether you will feed it daily, twice a week, weekends- it's up to you. Have compassion for yourself, but practice discipline as well. Before you know it, you will have 1 goal down and 4 to go!
Its not as hard as you think. As a matter of fact, stop over thinking it!
If you want your dream to live, you GOTTA feed it!

There is wealth of knowledge to be taught, to be studied, to be learned.
I seek Higher to bring you in H.I. Society, not only for your outer beauty, but your INNER!
That is what really matters and will exude to the glow in your face, and the sway of your waist.

We are well into the new year! The ending of the 2nd month. I say that because many people have made resolutions to live their dreams and passions starting on January 1, 2012, however, they have yet to activate the very account that they set up! The account for many of you is empty loved ones.
You are not making any deposits into your future towards your purpose.
Have no fear I am here!(smile)

Get your mind RIGHT and your body TIGHT!
Hello H.I. Society!
I charge you all to challenge your mind and your bodies as well.
It's the perfect opportunity to prepare yourself mentally and physically for the warmer seasons that are fast approaching.
Find a practice/workout regimen that will benefit your mind, body and spirit.
I recommend YOGA, since I love it so! and have been practicing for a few years. Whether you can touch your calf or your toes, it doesn't matter, you go at your own pace. It gives you an overall feeling of accomplishment when you're able to reach a certain level that is personal to you. Yoga not only strengthens, but tones your body. Yoga also frees toxins in the body and clears your mind, especially when combined with meditation.
When you get your mind right and your body tight, you will be even more excited to throw on your skinny jeans, and show off your sexy calves in your hot Jeffery Campbell's!
